My Rights as an Artist and CopyRight
Refusal of Service
I have the right to refuse service if
a)I feel like I can not complete the buyers commission due to lack of artistic ability.
b)The buyer is rude to me. This includes, but isn’t limited to name calling, insulting myself or my art, saying my prices are too high and trying to negotiate for a lower pric, etc.
I have the right to refuse to start a commission if the piece isn't fully paid for. If a buyer backs out before I start their commission, a refund will be issued. If a buyer backs out once their commission is started, there will be no refund issued. I have the right to use completed pieces as prints, unless otherwise stated and agreed upon at the time of commission. I have the right to include my watermark, printed small, on pieces I produce as this is my signature.
With Art Theft becoming more and more of a problem in the online world, I feel the need to make a statement on all my Social Media Platforms... I do not give permission for anyone to use my art and designs without direct permission or payment. If sharing my art please include a direct link to my facebook, instagram, or website. Please do not remove or crop out my watermark in any of my pieces under any circumstances. Stealing art is illegal in many parts of the world. You can, in fact, get sued for using someones art if you repost without credit, use it as a Tattoo design, use it as your own on merchandise, sell it for a profit, etc. As artists, we hold the rights to our craft and designs. Please do not steal art and always give proper credit.
