General:

The prices on Commission Based items that are found in the sub catagories under this section in the menu do not include shipping in the price. Shipping is calculated based on size, weight and destination and will be added to the price. Most commission prices are base prices. More expensive materials, finishes, and addons will be extra for the Physical item commissions. For art commissions, the piece price goes up with the more detail you want and the more complex a design is. I will always tell you the finalized price in CAD, confiriming you are okay with the price, before sending the payment request.

At this time, commissions are only paid for by PayPal as it is the safest method for both parties. An additional $5CAD charge will be added to items that are more breakable (glass and clay) to package in a more sturdy box to reduce the risk of damage during shipping. I require full price upfront for commission orders under $150CAD. Anything over that, I require half up front, then the other half on completion.

Shipping:

I ship from Canada in a smoke free, pet free home. Standard small package Shipping to Canada starts at $15CAD and includes a tracking number. Standard Small Package Shipping to the USA starts at $15CAD and does not include tracking. Standard Small Package Shipping Internationally starts at $25CAD and does not include tracking. Upgraded shipping to include a tracking number is available for an additional charge upon request.

Lost/Damaged and Item Returns:

I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Refunds will not be issued if your item is lost or arrives damaged. Additionally, as these are hand crafted items and art, I do not accept returns. Should your item not arrive to you within one month of Shipping to Canada and the USA or 3 months shipping internationally, contact your postal service. Please make sure you double check your address on your paypal account and ensure that you are not moving or switching address’ at the time of purchase. I am not responsible for your package arriving at the wrong address or getting lost in the mail. It goes without saying, but any item damaged or lost after it arrives and is in your possession, I am not responsible.

Turnaround Time:

Please allow up to three weeks for turnaround time. I seldom take anywhere close to this long, but stuff happens in life that is out of our control. As well, as I reach more people and get commissioned more, it’ll take me longer to get out all commission orders.
